The Defense Package covers inspection, treatment, traps, and three follow-up visits. Exclusion work (sealing entry points) is quoted separately on-site, typically $500–$2,500 depending on the property.
Optional Annual Maintenance is available for properties with high re-pressure. We'll discuss it after the initial work is complete — no obligation.

Yes. Exterior stations are tamper-resistant and can't be opened by pets or children. Interior placements use snap traps in protected, hidden locations — not loose bait.
Why not just use traps from the hardware store?
DIY traps catch some of what's already inside. They don't address how the rodents got in or stop the next wave from following the same path. Lasting control is about exclusion, not just removal.
