Your home stays protected before the pressure builds, not after it shows up in the kitchen.

Bimonthly recurring service. Same protocol, tuned to the season. Same licensed technician whenever possible.
Free re-treatments. If you see pests between visits, call us. We come back. No service-call fee.

What pests are warrantied under the Defended Property Plan?
Ants (sugar, pavement, harvester, fire), spiders (including black widows and brown recluse), wasps, scorpions, crickets, cockroaches (American, Oriental), earwigs, silverfish, pillbugs, and most other common Arizona pests. Termites, rodents, active bee colonies in walls, pigeons, mosquitoes, and German cockroach infestations are handled under separate specialty services because they need different products and protocols.
Why is there a 12-month service agreement?
The 12-month commitment is what locks in your pricing for the full year, makes free re-treatments possible between visits, and lets us schedule the right protocol for the season ahead. It's protection for you, not a sales lock-in for us.
Do I need to leave during the service?
No. Most exterior services can be completed without you home. Interior treatments use products that are safe for re-entry within minutes once dry.
Same technician every visit?
Whenever possible, yes. Continuity matters — the tech who knows your property catches issues faster. We'll let you know if your regular tech is unavailable for a specific visit.
Is the service safe for pets and kids?
Yes. We use residential-grade products applied by licensed Arizona technicians. Tell us about specific concerns during your initial assessment — infants, immunocompromised members, exotic pets — and we'll adjust the protocol.
Can I cancel after the 12 months?
Yes. After the first 12 months, the plan continues month to month at the same locked rate. Cancel any time with 30 days' notice.
